SCIA is a powerful structural engineering software that can analyse and optimise a 3D model of any structure, material or load condition and intuitive CAD-like UI. Pitch121’s challenge was to humanise Patrick (Sales Manager: France & Swiss) as much as possible in the French structural engineering industry by creating a French to English reply bank and ensuring every interest was responded to in French and educated about SCIA.

Problem

As the French market presented challenges to adapt in, SCIA needed to re-establish Patrick’s LinkedIn presence as much as possible in the French structural engineering industry. They had little Social Selling experience and wanted conversations with qualified engineers through Pitch121’s service to win more business. This careful preparation paid off big time. Over the five month period this case study covers, we expanded Patrick’s LinkedIn network by 393 – all of whom were ideal target Fans for SCIA. Our unique approach – creating French speaking reply bank and then using skilled social media copywriters to engage on LinkedIn “as” Patrick – meant that 183 of those new connections had a conversation with him. 32 of those in turn converted into meetings with ideal prospects which resulted in a closed deal as a perfect example and case of our collaboration.
